My name is Hollis and my guess is that if you're here, you already knew that. Welcome, welcome, I am delighted to have you here. I am an Entrepreneurship Coach, Consultant, Speaker and mama to 4 energetic children aged 10 and under. I spend most of my days between all of the aforementioned endeavours, practising being present wherever I am. I am a lifetime student of personal and professional growth and spend time daily listening to podcasts, journaling, reading, taking courses and working with my own business coaches.
Over the past 2 decades in entrepreneurship I have built a 7 figure business, an amazing team, created a family and expanded beyond what I thought was possible. It has been the adventure of my lifetime both joyful and exciting and challenging.
I lead with kindness, empathy and thoughtfulness. I think thoughtfulness is underrated actually, and is really and truly a bringer of everyday joy. Being thoughtful towards others,
towards yourself. It is life changing. As someone who uses 'life changing' several times per week, it doesn't lose meaning for me the more I say it. Life is lived in the everyday moments, not just in the big transformative ones.
A new set of hooks by the door to hang your kids backpacks. Life changing. A new thought in your mind that you ARE capable of going for what you want. Life changing. A new feature on your calendar app that makes scheduling your staff easier. Life changing.
I am someone who will hold the vision of what you want for you, even if you can't see it yet. I'm a coach, a supporter, a good listener, a mom, an entrepreneur and love working with incredible business owners to build the lives and businesses that feel most aligned to them. My cumulative experiences in retail, farming, Landscape Architecture, brand design and coaching certification paired with my innate calling to nurture, support and build up the best in others results in a one of kind experience for my clients.

My greatest joy is my family, my husband and our 4 children. My days are full and they make it joyful, busy, crazy and fun and I wouldn't have it any other way. From bringing them to work daily as babies and raising them under my desk and in our bakery, it has been a whirlwind. Seeing who they are becoming everyday is true magic.

Building a business has been both the most rewarding and challenging experience and has resulted in immense growth and learning. Entrepreneurship is unlike any other vocation, the amount of adaptability and trust you have to build in yourself are unmatched. I have been an entrepreneur as long as I can remember. From roadside produce stands as a kid, to running a swim school to building a successful farm market and bakery brand at Murphy's Farm Market and Bakery in Alliston, ON. Building teams and exceptional work culture are the heart of what I love about entrepreneurship and how we lead as individuals to create a brighter, better whole. Dedicating my full efforts into helping other business owners lights me up.

As someone who has been an entrepreneur for well over a decade and also a big sister for (a few) decades leading, coaching and supporting others has come with the territory. Pursuing my coaching certification from my own coach Hina Khan, expanded my toolkit and gave me a framework to serve others more effectively. It has allowed me to expand how I support my own team and work with exceptional clients on realizing their business and lifestyle goals and dreams.
